Chameleon Camp
This event will give all young people an opportunity to succeed. It is specifically designed for young people with special needs who can benefit from a total inclusion experience. Chameleon Camp is open to all Scout aged young people aged 6 to 18 years.
This event has been sponsored by Pennyfarthing Homes which mean that all young people booked onto the event can access it for free!
A day of activities ranging from Backwoods Cooking, Archery and Zip Wire. The day will run from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Each participant can bring along one friend/young family member to experience the day with. There can be flexibility with this depending upon availability and circumstances.
There is no charge for attending carers/parents. Tea/coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the day for carers/parents. All participants should bring their own packed lunch.
Each participant will be issued with a Chameleon camp badge. All of the activities will take place outside so all attending participants should bring appropriate clothing
PLEASE NOTE
We require bookings to be made through our office team. To make a booking we shall require the following details:
Participant name, date of birth, Medical Conditions and any details of Additional Needs. We shall also require the name, relationship and contact number for an emergency contact number (a person not present with the participant at the event).
