Welcome to the CarFest South Volunteer Payment Portal

This page is for volunteers to enrol and make payment for food and t-shirts as part of the volunteer registration process for Hampshire Scouts' presence at CarFest South over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.

To use this page: 

1. First select the number of volunteers you are registering using the toggle buttons on the right.

1. Then click 'Select Date' and choose 25th August 2022 (whether or not you plan to arrive on the Thursday
2. This will then bring up some further options to choose your meals.
3. NOTE: Lunch is included free of charge for each day you are volunteering. You do not have to register separately for this. 
4. Please make sure the quantities of meals chosen match with the number of people you are registering! 
5. Once you have completed this, click 'Add to Basket' followed by 'Go to Checkout' to continue the registration process. 
6. You will then be asked to add a number of details for each Volunteer, including dietary requirements, emergency contact details etc
7. You will also be able to let us know which day you plan to arrive, and which day you plan to leave the festival. This will help us with rota planning, so please ensure this is completed. 

1. The next step is an online payment, after which you will receive a confirmation email.
