This payment portal is for CarFest 2023 Volunteers wishing to purchase meal vouchers for use at Crew Catering
Note: These vouchers are not for use at Public Catering Stalls on the Festival Site. We are unable to offer a refund should you be unable to redeem your voucher during the Festival.

Details for Crew Catering are as follows:
Meals will cost £12 each and must be ordered by 1st August at the latest
Crew catering is only open for a small window for each meal time, therefore there is no flexibility for when you can eat.

If you are on shift we will not have the capacity to allow you to go to crew catering to get your food (therefore you may not be able to redeem your food voucher)

The on-site caterers have told us:

• The 14 main allergen information will be labelled on the menu board
• There will always be a gluten free main options available at each service (this could be a meat or vegan option).
• The crew catering cannot guarantee they can cater for specific dietary requirements, other than gluten free & vegetarian/vegan.  

How to Book

1.  Select the number of volunteers you are purchasing vouchers for using the box to the right hand side of this page
2.  Add the number of vouchers IN TOTAL you require for all volunteers 
3.  Click 'Add to basket' and follow the instructions 
4.  You will be asked to allocated vouchers to volunteers, however in reality these will be transferable between volunteers on site should you wish to do so
5.  Add your payment details and complete your purchase
6.  You will receive an email receipt and the vouchers will be given to you on arrival at the Site
